Our meeting rooms
Meeting rooms at Kusthotellet are both inviting and practical, with a warm atmosphere and modern technology that runs smoothly. You’re guaranteed to feel at home and inspired here. We offer several different conference rooms, the largest of which holds up to 60* people – perfect for both large and small meetings.
*In cooperation with our partner Donsö Konferens you can have meetings with up to 86 participants.
The Orangery
Kusthotellet’s private room offers an elegant and secluded setting, perfect for board meetings and other exclusive business gatherings, for up to 12 people. Stylish furnishings combine with modern equipment, creating an inspiring atmosphere where important decisions can be made in peace and quiet. The private setting makes it possible to work undisturbed, and contributes to creative and effective collaboration.
The Studio & Library
The Studio and Library are flexible and stylish meeting rooms that can be used separately or combined to make a larger conference room for up to 60 people. They’re ideal for everything from lectures and workshops to larger board meetings.
Choose a seating plan that suits you
Choose between different seating arrangements, such as theatre or classroom seating, to fit the room to your requirements. The rooms are equipped with modern technology including projectors, video conferencing systems and whiteboards, creating a flexible and effective working environment. All rooms moreover are directly connected to the lounge on the terrace and have large panorama windows with fantastic sea views, providing a light and inspiring atmosphere.
