Of course! You are warmly welcome to us regardless of whether you wish to stay overnight or not. You are welcome to our restaurant but you can also book one of our day packages and offers that include entrance to Havskuren Spa
If you are driving, there are three areas where you can park near the ferry: Talattagatan and Vikebacken in Långedrag, and during the summer at Hinsholmskilen. On Saltholmen there is only parking for people with reduced mobility. From Långedrag and Hinsholmen you can take the tram the last part to Saltholmen. The same ticket is valid on the tram as on the ferry out to the southern archipelago.
Please use the Parking Gothenburg app to see if there are any available spaces. There are also real-time signs on site that tell you how many, if any, spaces are available.

Yes, we offer free wifi throughout our facility.
1 child up to 3 years old can share the parents’ bed at no extra charge. Our Superior rooms also have a sofa bed (140 cm) for up to 2 children. Our suites can accommodate 5 people – 2 double beds and a sofa bed (120 cm).
This depends on which room category you choose. Our standard rooms can accommodate two people, our superior rooms have a sofa bed with a bed size of 140 cm, and our suites have 2 double beds and a sofa bed of 120 cm.
Kusthotellet Styrsö is a non-smoking hotel and smoking indoors is strictly prohibited. In case of violation, we will charge a cleaning fee for the room. This also applies to E-cigarettes.
We have cribs that you can borrow during your stay with us, you add this to your reservation when you book via the website. High chairs are available in the restaurant.

No, we are a cashless facility, this applies to all businesses such as hotels, restaurants and spas.
You must be at least 18 years old to stay at Kusthotellet Styrsö. If you are under 18, you may only stay in the company of a guardian.
All guests checking into the hotel must be able to present a valid ID and a valid credit card. Guests under 18 years of age traveling with a guardian do not need to present an ID.

Yes, we have 8 free boat berths that are suitable if you have a smaller boat (depth is 1.5 meters). You can stay during the day or stay overnight. Places are subject to availability and cannot be pre-booked.
For larger boats we refer to Styrsö Bratten or Donsö harbor.

Yes, we are happy to welcome dogs! You book a specific room for you and your four-legged friend for a small additional cost (which covers extra cleaning before the next guests check in).
Booking & Spa
All bookings and payments are made in advance via our website. Here you can book different packages that are right for you.
You can book Havskuren Spa even if you are not staying at the hotel and it is open every day of the year.
Choose one of our day packages that you will find under Experiences without overnight stay.
The package includes:
– Loan of bathrobe, slippers and towel
– After your stay you will find shampoo, conditioner, body wash & body lotion to use on site in our showers/changing rooms.
Starting price means that the price varies depending on different seasons and what day of the week you arrive. The starting price presented with each offer is the lowest available price.
At Havskuren Spa we have a 16-year-old age limit except during the holiday weeks. During this time, children from 12 years of age and up are welcome, accompanied by a guardian.

Astri Bar & Dining Room
The “Always at Kusthotellet” menu is available every day between 2:00 PM and 5:00 PM.

Breakfast is served weekdays 7:00 – 9:30 AM and Saturday–Sunday 7:30–10 AM.
Lunch is served weekdays 11:30 – 14:30 and Saturday-Sunday 12:00 – 14:30.
Dinner is served Sunday – Thursday 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM and Friday – Saturday 9:00 PM.
We are delighted that you want to come and eat in our restaurant. We will open for reservations (for non-overnight guests) at the end of August.
Events, meetings & parties
The cost varies greatly depending on several factors, such as day of the week, number of people, meals, and more.
Let us know in advance if you need a special diet and we will arrange for everyone to get good food and eat together. Please notify your contact person in advance of any special diet. Please note, however, that we can only accommodate food allergies, not lifestyle diets such as LCHF and GI.
We collaborate with several local players that you can find under Activities. At Kusthotellet Styrsö you can always enjoy our Spa, book a treatment, yoga or various drink tastings.
Conference, wedding, kickoff create an unforgettable experience where every corner of the hotel is exclusively available to you.
With a “Full Take Over” you get full access to everything we offer – our modern conference facilities, hotel rooms, restaurant and also Havskuren Spa.
You can arrange a private party with us, this is always on request and usually there is an additional cost for hotel rooms in line with the size of the party.

Our hotel rules
The safety of our guests and employees is our top priority. Below are our rules and regulations for staying at the hotel.
The list is not comprehensive – if necessary, additional measures may be taken to ensure safety and security.
General rules
• Age limit: To stay at the hotel you must be 18 years of age or older. Minors may only stay in the company of a guardian.
• Identification: All guests must be able to present a valid ID document upon check-in (except for children traveling with a guardian). Guests who are not registered in Sweden are required by law to complete a registration card.
• Respect: We expect our guests to behave respectfully towards both staff and other guests. Threats or harassment will not be tolerated.
• Police report: Crimes committed at the hotel are always reported to the police.
• Disturbance: We reserve the right to refuse or reject guests who are under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or who otherwise disrupt the order or endanger safety. Rejected guests are not entitled to a refund.
• Alcohol: Alcohol brought with you may only be consumed in the hotel room, not in common areas.
• Visitors: After 10:00 PM, it is not permitted to receive people in the hotel room who are not checked-in guests.
• Noise level: Please be considerate by keeping the noise level low. After 10:00 PM, rooms and corridors should be quiet.
• Open flames: Candles, incense, hotplates, gas stoves or similar may not be used in hotel rooms.
• Electrical devices: For safety reasons, it is prohibited to charge hoverboards, electric bicycles, electric scooters, drones or similar. Always unplug chargers for mobile phones and computers when you leave the room.
• Weapons: Weapons are not allowed. If you have a hunting license – please contact reception before arrival.
• IT security: Our network may not be used for illegal activities or in ways that compromise IT security.
Compensation & Liability
As a guest – or the person for whom the reservation is made – you are responsible for any damage or costs incurred during your stay. This includes damage to fixtures or property belonging to the hotel or third parties.
Specific charges
• Smoking: Smoking is prohibited in hotel rooms, common areas and at entrances. This also applies to e-cigarettes. Fee for violation: SEK 4,000.
• Fire detectors: It is prohibited to cover or manipulate fire detectors. Fee: 2,500 SEK
• False fire alarm: In the event of negligence or intentional triggering, the emergency services’ response costs will be charged (approximately SEK 10,000).
• Waste: Only household waste from a normal hotel stay may be left behind. Bulky or hazardous waste will be charged 500 SEK.
• Cleaning/remediation: For extra cleaning or remediation, SEK 2,500 or actual cost will be charged.
• Nitrous oxide: Nitrous oxide is not permitted. Leftover cartridges will be charged 500 SEK..
Violations
