Havskuren spa
Styrsö has been a place of relaxation since the late 1800s, when the island became known as one of Sweden’s first health resorts. Today, we continue that tradition at Havskuren Spa, featuring a sauna, a heated pool, and a saltwater spring in an archipelago setting. Havskuren consists of two parts: Saltkällan and Värmekällan.
Havskuren Spa, which includes a pool, has a minimum age requirement of 16, offers 2-hour time slots, and can be booked as an add-on or through certain packages. See more info HERE!
At Saltkällan, you can enjoy your own spa at your own pace. Here you can enjoy relaxing foot baths, delightful seaweed salt scrubs, and comfortable resting areas with views of the sea. The soothing surroundings and carefully selected details create a relaxing atmosphere that helps you unwind and live in the moment.
For those who want to deepen their spa experience even further, we offer a self-guided spa experience, where you can perform your own ritual using L:A Brukets spa kit. The focus is on calm, recovery, and well-being—entirely on your own terms and at your own pace.
At Värmekällan, you can enjoy a sauna, steam bath, and cold baths—a combination that provides a pleasant contrast between heat and cold and promotes recovery. Koppla av i bastun med utsikt över havet. Den perfekta platsen att andas ut och rensa tankarna.
Cold baths offer benefits such as improved blood circulation, reduced muscle pain and inflammation after exercise, strengthened immune system, and mental clarity through the release of endorphins.
The pool
Enjoy the view from our heated pool, which is kept at 38 degrees during the winter months, and
28 degrees during the summer. The pool is included in our “Havskuren” Spa Package, which can be booked as an add-on through the various spa packages.
Gym
For those who want to work out, there is a smaller but well-equipped gym with, among other things, a treadmill, cross trainer and exercise bike – perfect for cardio training. You’ll also find resistance bands, kettlebells, and free weights for strength and mobility training. The gym is included in your hotel stay.
